Who We Are at FC Riehlpark

Our story

My journey as a trainer began when I was six years old.

Yes, you heard that right—six. That was when I started playing soccer, or football as it’s known in Europe. I wasn’t a natural talent. And to be honest, if I had been, I would’ve gone pro. Instead, I learned something more valuable: real progress comes from commitment, not talent.


After being outplayed by athletes far better than me, I decided to change. I trained seriously, studied the game, and pushed myself harder. Along the way, I got injured—many times. Those setbacks forced me to learn how the best athletes train, recover, and stay durable. Inspired by players like Ryan Giggs, Clarence Seedorf, and Cristiano Ronaldo, I added yoga and mobility work to my routine.


Then life hit harder. A cycling accident destroyed my left knee—torn posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), meniscus damage, and bone fragments. After surgery, I had to relearn how to walk. I had to rediscover sports from scratch—because with a severely injured knee, you can’t even get up from the ground without using your hands. Even that was a challenge.


That injury put me on a lifelong learning path. I am still affected by it today, but I got back up. I can now play my favorite game again. I can play soccer, run, jump—and I even added breakdancing to the list. But it takes daily commitment, passion, and consistency to keep moving forward.


This is how I gained firsthand experience with injuries, surgery, and recovery. Through sports, mobility work, and stretching, I maintain my own body while working toward my personal goal: to move freely—like a child.


For several years now, I’ve trained individuals—including my wife and soccer players—coached soccer teams, and taught sports classes to large groups. I hold a UEFA C coaching diploma in soccer and continue to expand my knowledge and expertise in sports and movement. So, this is me.

  Fc Riehlpark makes no promises, only agreements and provides personal training. Results depend on the client’s own effort and adherence to agreed programs and instructions.

Our Programs

We customize a personal training program for you to help achieve your sport's related goals. We train children and adults of different skill levels. Before, we start working out, we define your goals together, and then we get the party started.
